Evästeet
Eväste (cookie) on pieni tekstitiedosto, jonka internetselain tallentaa käyttäjän laitteelle. Evästeitä käytetään esimerkiksi silloin, kun käyttäjän tietoja halutaan säilyttää tämän siirtyessä internetpalvelun sivulta toiselle.
Käytämme evästeitä analysoidaksemme ja kehittääksemme palveluitamme. Evästeiden avulla saamme mm. tärkeää tietoa palvelujemme käyttötavoista, suosituimmista sivuista, latausajoista sekä mahdollisista virhetilanteista. Tarvitsemme tätä tietoa, jotta voisimme parantaa verkkopalveluidemme sisältöjä ja käytettävyyttä, seurata mainonnan tehokkuutta sekä tarjota asiakkaiden tarpeiden mukaisia tietoja ja palveluita. Voimme käyttää verkkopalveluiden käytöstä kerättyä anonyymiä tietoa myös selaimelle kohdennetun sisällön tai mainonnan tuottamiseen. Emme kerää mitään tietoja, jotka mahdollistavat yksittäisen käyttäjän tunnistamisen, mutta tunnistamme ja yksilöimme selaimet sekä tunnistamme organisaation, jota käyttäjän Internet-osoite edustaa.
Edellisestä poiketen Aktian verkkopankissa asioivat käyttäjät ovat tunnistettuja. Kukin käyttäjä tunnistetaan yksilöllisellä evästeellä.

Henkilökohtaisten tietojen kerääminen
Keräämme tietoa eri tahoilta ymmärtääksemme ja kohdataksemme käyttäjien tarpeita sekä täyttääksemme laissa määrätyt asiakkaan tuntemista koskevat vaatimukset. Henkilökohtaista tietoa asiakkaistamme keräämme mm. asiakkaalta itseltään tai hänen edustajiltaan, väestörekisterikeskuksesta ja muista viranomaisten ylläpitämistä rekistereistä, asiakashäiriö- ja luottotietotietorekistereistä, samaan konserniin kuuluvilta yhtiöiltä sekä rahoitus- ja vakuutusalan yhteistyökumppaneilta lain sallimissa rajoissa. Voimme kerätä tietoja myös muista luotettavista lähteistä, kuten yritysten vastuuhenkilöistä ja omistajista tietoja sisältävistä kaupallisista rekistereistä.
Pyrimme pitämään asiakkaittemme tiedot ajan tasalla, mutta mikäli kaikesta huolimatta asiakkaamme huomaa tiedoissaan olevan virheitä esim. tiliotteessa, pyydämme asiakasta ilmoittamaan virheellisestä merkinnästä.
Oikeus tarkistaa tietonsa ja kieltää markkinointi
Asiakkaalla on mahdollisuus tarkistaa itseään koskevat tiedot, jotka hänestä on tallennettu asiakasrekistereihimme tekemällä siitä kirjallisen pyynnön rekisterinpitäjälle. Asiakkaalla on oikeus rekisterinpitäjälle jätetyllä ilmoituksella kieltää häntä koskevien tietojen käyttäminen suoramarkkinointia, etämyyntiä sekä markkina- tai mielipidetutkimuksia varten. Rekisterinpitäjä korjaa välittömästi rekisterissä olevan virheelliseksi tai vanhentuneeksi havaitsemansa tiedon. Salassapitoa koskevien määräyksien vuoksi emme voi vastata tietojen tarkastuspyyntöihin sähköpostitse avoimen Internetin kautta.
