Aktia Group has finished its codetermination negotiations

The companies within Aktia Group have completed the codetermination
negotiations in accordance with the Act on Co-operation within Undertakings
started 12 October 2011. The codetermination negotiations result in a staff
reduction of approximately 25 persons. Initially, the negotiations were
expected to result in a staff reduction of 40 persons at a maximum.

The reorganisation is estimated to bring with it non-recurring costs of EUR 1.5
million in the fourth quarter of 2011.

Savings are estimated to exceed EUR 2 million per annum.
