In accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act it is announced that Svenska litteratursällskapet i Finland rf’s voting rights at Aktia Bank Plc (business code: 2181702-8) has increased above 5 % on 12.4.2018, after the combination of Aktia Bank Plc:s classes of shares A (ISIN-code FI4000058870) and R (ISIN-code FI4000058888), the amended articles of association and the new shares that were issued through aimed payment-free issue was registered in the Trade Register.
