• You will hear from us as soon as possible, however, at the latest two weeks from when the application period has ended.
  • Applications are handled confidentially already during the application period.
  • After the preliminary screening we will invite the most suitable candidates for the job to come in for an interview. The first interview round can also be in the form of a video.
  • In chosen recruitments we will use an enquiry describing the personality traits as a part of the job interview. Answering the enquiry is voluntary and the results are always discussed and gone through with you.
  • Please observe that we will always check the credit report in connection with a recruitment, since losing credit rights is an obstacle for recruitment.

Data protection and saving the application

Regarding processing of personal data, the Aktia Group complies with legislation in force and a good personnel management practice.

The application for a vacancy is in force until a person has been chosen for the job and the recruitment process ends. If you have given your acceptance for the inclusion of the application also in other recruitment processes, you may be contacted also by someone else within Aktia’s recruiting managers. The open applications are in force for the time period you have chosen, or for 6 months at the most.
