Board of Directors and Executive committee
The members of the Board of Directors are appointed by the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Directors approves the bank's business strategy, strategic objectives, risk strategy and systems for management and governance as well as monitors and oversees them.
The Board of Directors appoints Aktia's Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Aktia Group.
The Executive Committee acts as a consultative body for the CEO. The Executive Committee members are authorised to manage respective business areas and functional areas of responsibility.
