The Finnish Securities Markets Act specifies the thresholds at which a notification of major holdings must be made. A notification must be made when a holding reaches, falls below or exceeds 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 50, 66.7 (2/3) or 90 per cent of the voting rights or number of shares in the company.
A notification of major holdings must be made without undue delay and submitted to the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority and the company. Please send the form to [email protected].
