Shares and share capital
Aktia Savings Bank plc’s
shares have an equivalent book value of EUR 2.00. Each share
carries one vote and equal rights to assets
and dividends. All shares are of the same class and registered
in the book-entry securities system. Shares in Aktia Savings
Bank plc
are not publicly quoted. However, listing is being planned.
At the
end of 2006, the Group’s paid-up share capital as entered
in the Finnish Trade Register was EUR 70,596,100 divided into
35,298,050 shares.
On 21 December 2006, the Board of Directors of Aktia received authorisations from the Bank’s AGM to arrange one or more share issues with a maximum total volume of one million shares for using, inter alia, as compensation for the acquisition of shares in Fondex Ab (Fondtorget) and as an incentive for the Group’s key personnel. The authorisations remain valid for 5 years, and can before that be cancelled by a resolution of the AGM. |
